In this retreat, we will connect to true compassion through our own healing process. By tapping into our own fears and vulnerabilities, we connect to the parts of ourselves that need healing. The healing energy we develop through our own process can then be extended out into the world through meditation, prayer and action. By taking care of our own body, mind and spirit, we become able to focus our energies on other parts of the world and other people that need healing in the same ways.
We are always connected no matter how separate we think we are from the world and each other. When we are well and healthy, we treat ourselves and the world better.
